ABOUT OUR COMPANY
We create
and turn into
reality
THYME INVESTMENTS Properties is a 2006 property company with initially a “develop, build and sale” business model with a focus on Residential and Mixed Use properties.
In 2015, the company started to diversify into specialized Home for the Elderly with a “develop, build, own and operate” business model to control ultimately the quality of service provided to the Residents. Our integrated scope of work covers land development, construction project management and retained ownership properties management.
Our philosophy is to develop MIXED USE property projects in key established locations earmarked for densification by local municipalities and establish a distributed network of homes for the elderly within long established communities. Our projects design and construction combine quality standard and affordability with a commitment to ecologically sensitive urban design.
Our developments are strategically positioned and designed to create residency desirability combined with optimized property management cost.

Property Management
THYME INVESTMENTS Properties acts as managing agent and ensure that its portfolio properties are maintained in good conditions, always tenanted with compliant lease administration duties as per local regulations. In terms of the Homes for the Elderly, LILAC RESIDENCE provides the required services to the elderly residents and operates each of the properties in full compliance with both health and Social Development departments and local regulations.
