THYME INVESTMENTS Properties is a 2006 property company providing turn-key solution to investors from land acquisition to tenanted residential properties in the Western Cape region.

Our integrated scope of work covers development, design, procurement and construction as well as investment management focused on residential.

Our philosophy is to develop group housing projects in key established locations earmarked for densification by local municipality. Our projects design and construction combine quality standard and affordability with a commitment to ecologically sensitive urban design.

Our developments are strategically positioned and designed to create rental desirability for our investors combining increased yield with a reduced property management cost.
