THYME INVESTMENTS Properties develops Residential, Mixed Use and Home for the Elderly properties across the Western Cape. While most of our work lies in developing our own projects, joint ventures and/or co-development opportunities will be considered with great attention.
Construction
THYME INVESTMENTS Properties has a direct oversight of each project construction phase and acts as the Main Building Contractor.
Property Management
THYME INVESTMENTS Properties acts as managing agent and ensure that its portfolio properties are maintained in good conditions, always tenanted with compliant lease administration duties as per local regulations. In terms of the Homes for the Elderly, LILAC RESIDENCE provides the required services to the elderly residents and operates each of the properties in full compliance with both health and Social Development departments and local regulations.
